On Thursday, September 25, 2025, the IKU Technology Transfer Office (TTO) held an informational training session for students in the Department of Nursing of the Faculty of Health Sciences on the “TÜBİTAK BİDEB 2209-A/B University Student’s Research Projects Support Programs.”

The event, attended by our Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Prof. Dr. Asiye Gül, and the Head of the Department of Nursing, Assist. Prof. Mukaddes Turan Miral covered topics such as the program scope, eligibility criteria, application processes, ethics and permit procedures, budget items, advisor-student roles and responsibilities, and tips for preparing strong project proposals. The TTO team shared best practices for evaluation criteria with examples from student projects conducted at IKU and provided one-on-one guidance during the Q&A session regarding the participants' projects.
