FUTURE-SHAPING EXPERTISE TRAINING PROGRAMS BEGIN

Training programs in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Driving Technologies, and Chip Design have been implemented by T.R. Ministry of Industry and Technology in order to develop the qualified workforce needed in line with our country’s National Technology Move.

In the 2024-2025 Academic Year, training programs developed in three main areas, Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Driving Technologies, and Chip Design, will be carried out.

In the field of Artificial Intelligence, Data Processing and Integration Expertise Training will be provided in partnership with Arçelik, Baykar, Cezeri, Havelsan, Huawei, and Tübitak. In the field of Autonomous Driving Technologies, Autonomous System Development Expertise Training will be offered in partnership with Aselsan, AVL, Baykar, Fev Türkiye, Ford, Togg, and Tübitak. In the field of Chip Design, Digital Design and Verification Expertise Training will be conducted in partnership with Ankasys, Electra IC, Elevation, Tütel, and Yongatek.

The training programs are designed for the 3rd and 4th-year students of relevant university departments (see: https://mtabasvuru.sanayi.gov.tr/giris-yap), consisting of 5 weeks of foundational training followed by 25 to 30 weeks of specialized training. The curriculum will be delivered to students by the partner companies within the scope of the specified program titles.

During the program, students will prepare midterm and final projects as part of their education. Additionally, mentorship support will be provided to students by the program’s partners during the entire process. Students who successfully complete the program will be offered internship opportunities at the companies where they received their training.

Application criteria and the announcement poster are included in the attachment. Applications started on August 26, 2024, and will end on September 16, 2024.
